If transport is required, there are two local schemes in Mere: a minibus service known as Connect2 Wiltshire (click here) and the Mere and District Linkscheme. The Centre Manager will arrange for appropriate transport to pick-up and return day-centre guests on Mondays and/or Fridays.
The Mere and District Linkscheme is a local voluntary group based in and around Mere in Wiltshire that provides transport for those in need within the local community. For more information about the scheme click here.
The Day Centre does not cover the costs of transport from home to the centre; this is the responsibility of individual guests.
